PremiseHQ (“Premise,” “we,” “us”) is committed to preserving the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in two contexts: when you visit premisehq.ai (the “Site”), and when you use our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform (the “Platform”).
This part applies to visitors of our marketing website.

- Information you provide. When you submit our demo request form, we collect the details you enter — your name, company, email address, and any message you include.
- Usage information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our analytics tools automatically collect standard information such as your approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, scroll and interaction behavior, and how you arrived at the Site (referral source).
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. Specifically, we use:
- Google Tag Manager — to manage the tags and scripts described below.
- Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) — to measure traffic, sources, and on-site activity. Google may set cookies to distinguish users and sessions.
- Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) — to generate heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that show how visitors interact with pages, helping us improve usability.

Data retention
We retain demo-request details for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the respective analytics providers.
This part applies to organizations and users of the PremiseHQ platform.
Information collected
At PremiseHQ, our data collection is governed entirely by the SaaS agreement signed with each business. We do not collect personal or non-personal information for advertising purposes, nor do we sell any data. The data stored in the Platform is owned by the organization licensing the product and is managed under their specific policies.
Use of collected information
Data collected through our Platform is exclusively owned by the organization licensing our product. PremiseHQ does not share any data across accounts or with other parties, ensuring strict confidentiality and integrity of your data. The user access information collected is used for the following purposes:
- Delivering and optimizing our services
- Personalizing user experience
- Communicating with users about their accounts and services
- Analyzing user behaviors to enhance our offerings
We may share information with trusted third parties to facilitate service delivery or as legally required.
Protection of information
PremiseHQ employs stringent and commercially viable security measures to safeguard user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
International data transfers
Our data centers are strategically located in Canada Central and US-Ohio regions. For Canadian users, all data except sensor data or time series data is stored within the customer’s data residency to comply with local data protection laws.
User rights
Users have the right to access, update, correct, or delete their personal information. Users can exercise this right by contacting our dedicated support team.
Retention policy
Data retention policies may vary based on the customers licensing our Platform. To understand specific data retention practices, please contact the business entity you are affiliated with. PremiseHQ does not own, retain, or govern the data retention policies of our clients.
Cookies and tracking on the Platform
PremiseHQ utilizes only necessary cookies to ensure the functionality of our Platform. These cookies are crucial for user access, authentication, and to restore unsaved data from previous sessions. No cookies are used on the Platform for advertising or tracking purposes.
Third-party links
Our services may include links to third-party websites or services for additional functionality. PremiseHQ does not control the privacy practices of these third parties and is not responsible for their policies.
Children’s privacy
PremiseHQ’s services are not intended for individuals under 13 (or as defined by applicable laws). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
